bookstores, my books, and information about my reader base.
PROMOTIONAL PARTNERING
I usually have promotional goodies that you can hand out to your
customers such as bookmarks, magnets, pens, etc. If you'd like some

I believe in actively partnering with bookstores to move those books
off the shelves and I'm always willing to brainstorm with you. If you
have any ideas of ways in which I can assist you in selling books,

even if I'm not close to your area, I may be able to stop there during

Unlike some small press books, all of the paperback books from Ellora’

My books are distributed through both Baker & Taylor and Ingram’s.
Booksense lists all of my titles along with Amazon, Books-A-Million,
and Barnes & Noble. They can also be ordered directly from the
publisher, Ellora's Cave Publishing. Currently Borders Bookstores,
Waldenbooks, and Barnes & Noble are stocking Ellora's Cave books
on their shelves nationwide.
All four of my print books have been rated four stars or higher by
Romantic Times Magazine.

become one of the fastest-growing and best-selling small press
publishers in the industry and was recently recognized by RWA.
Other large publishers have capitalized on the popularity of erotic
romance with their own lines such as Harlequin Blaze and Kensington
Brava.
Who are my readers? Well, I can tell you from my reader emails that
they're very diverse in age, ethnicity, geographic location, education,
and occupation. What do they have in common? They all have a
desire for a strong romantic love story with HEAT and a happy ending.
There's a large group of romance book readers who find erotica too
harsh. They want sexier books without sacrificing the emotional and
romantic impact of the story. They want realism in terms of
sexuality. Not porn, but books with a good old-fashioned healthy
appreciation for the power and beauty of what happens when two
people are attracted to each other. They're frustrated with romance
books in which the hero and heroine spend 180 pages arguing and
circling each other, only to end up making love…..in one single
paragraph (and sometimes with euphemisms so stilted and awkward
that they utterly ruin the moment).
There's a large section of erotica readers who want more romance in
their reading, too. They find the traditional erotica books too extreme
and want the emotional punch and romance without sacrificing the
heat. Finding good women's erotica is difficult. Finding ROMANTIC
erotic books written especially for women is even harder.
My reader base is primarily composed of these two large groups….the
more conservative erotica readers and the less conservative romance
readers. Essentially? I believe my books attract the middle. Judging
by the sales of erotic romance these days, I'd say it's a very large
group…and it's becoming larger as women discover that there are
very sexy, romantic, fresh and above all…FUN stories out there
written especially for them.
